Booking domestic travel
Corporate Travel Management (CTM) is the travel service provider for Members of Parliament, their staff and former parliamentarians.
You may book travel with CTM by calling or emailing them:

CTM’s travel consultants are based in Australia and available to take your bookings 24/7, 365 days a year.
CTM can arrange all modes of transport on scheduled and unscheduled services, including charter flights, ferries, self-drive car hire, trains and coaches. CTM can also assist with booking accommodation.
Parliamentarians and staff must book their flights through CTM and will need to quote a travel profile number (TPN).
Staff may request an individual TPN from IPEA. Each parliamentarian is also provided a general TPN that can be used by staff who do not have an individual profile or by their nominated family members.

If you need to travel soon and do not have a TPN, please ask your office manager for your office’s general TPN or contact IPEA.
Booking international travel
You may book international travel with CTM by calling them or booking online.
To book international travel with CTM:
- Call 1800 187 584 or email
- Provide your TPN or the general TPN from your office
- Give CTM your travel requirements
- Provide IPEA’s International Team with your approval* to travel international
- Receive confirmation of your booking
*please refer to the International Travel page to understand the different types of international travel, the limitations and the approvals required.
Note: CTM cannot issue tickets for international travel until IPEA receives the required approvals.
